Exchange in Belgium
October 2017
On Wednesday, 4 October, the students from 2C together with Mrs. Gnys-Malinowska and Mrs. Rajewska began their week in Belgium. The following days were full of sightseeing, laughing, fun and – of course – practicing our language skills!
The first two days were based on team-building games and getting to know Oudenaarde. We played lots of games to get to know each other, for example speed dating and also city games. After that we went to cafés to spend the afternoons in bigger groups.
During the weekend we spent time with our partners’ families. They offered plenty of interesting activities, such as going to cinemas, visiting other cities or the seaside, various events. Also on Sunday night all of us went to a party at one of the students’ place.
On Monday we took a train to Bruges and played a city game. The next day we visited Ghent and then went bowling. It was an amazing evening! On Wednesday we visited the fascinating Museum of Oudenaarde and in the evening we went to a farewell party at school, where we watched photos and enjoyed the last hours spent together.
On the last day, Thursday, 12 October, we watched a Belgian film and then played a city game based on it. Then we spent the last couple of hours in the park and about 4 pm we took a bus to the airport. That week was an amazing experience and we can’t wait for our Belgian friends to visit us in February!
Wymiana w Belgii
W czwartek, 4 pażdziernika, uczniowie klasy 2C razem z P. Gnys-Malinowską i P. Rajewską zaczęli tygodniową wymianę w Belgii. Był to czas wypełniony zwiedzaniem, śmiechem i zabawą oraz oczywiście ćwiczeniem języka.
Pierwsze dwa dni minęły na poznawaniu się i poznawaniu miasteczka Oudenaarde. Uczestniczyliśmy w zabawach typu “szybka randka”, graliśmy też w gry miejskie. Po południu spędzaliśmy czas w kawiarni.
Weekend spędziliśmy w rodzinach naszych partnerów. Mieliśmy okazję zwiedzić inne miasta, pojechać nad morze lub pójść do kina. Wieczorem spotkaliśmy się wszyscy w domu jednego z naszych belgijskich kolegów.
W kolejnych dniach zwiedziliśmy miasteczko Bruges, a następnie Ghent. Poszliśmy też na kręgle! To był niezapomniany wieczór! W środę zwiedziliśmy Muzeum Oudenaarde, a wieczorem odbyło się przyjęcie pożegnalne w szkole z udziałem uczniów, ich rodzin oraz nauczycieli.
Ostatniego dnia, w czwartek 12 pażdziernika obejrzeliśmy film produkcji belgijskiej, spędziliśmy trochę czasu w parku i ok. godz. 16 wyruszyliśmy na lotnisko.
To było cudowne doświadczenie i nie możemy się doczekać wizyty naszych belgijskkich przyjaciół w lutym.
